Lickert Law Firm, PA is not your typical law firm. First, there is only me, Doug Lickert. Every contact that you have will be with me. No being screened by a secretary, no discussing your problem or issue with an unknowledgeable paralegal or support staff, and no being passed from attorney to attorney. There’s no filling out volumes of worksheets and other paperwork prior to speaking with an attorney and no lack of transparency as to pricing or the process. You will speak directly to me and I will let you know whether or not it is a case or matter I can handle, the process involved if I can, and most likely a fixed price fee quote for the service to be provided. I will strive to provide you various options for solving your problem or providing the needed service and to only do what is necessary at the lowest possible cost to have a successful
outcome. There will be no meeting in a stuffy law office with you having to dress in your Sunday best and may be able to meet at a place convenient for you or not at all if the matter can be done electronically. Essentially, you will receive streamlined, straightforward, and competent legal representation from an attorney and CPA with a Masters in Business Administration with more than forty plus years of business and legal experience. Due to low overhead and a sincere desire to help people, you will most likely be pleasantly surprised by what you get for.
