Lickert Law Firm, P.A.

About Doug Lickert: Quarter Century of Experience

I am an attorney and certified public accountant (CPA) with a Master of Business
Administration (MB) and 35 plus years of legal and business experience. I have worked as a commercial loan officer and loan workout specialist at the large commercial bank, audited small to medium sized businesses as a CPA, and been a solo attorney for the past 20 plus years passionately representing clients in bankruptcy, divorce, business, estate planning, and other matters. Having assisted my own parents in times of prolonged illness and ultimately death and witnessed the lack of estate planning among many middle age and senior Arkansans, I have now decided to focus my practice to that area of law along with providing some general business assistance. Furthermore, I have found that many estate planners recommend costly and unnecessary trusts when no such need exists. I am fortunate that I have no personal financial need to do anything but to do what is best for my clients at a very reasonable cost and at the ultimate convenience such as providing home visits when transportation is an issue.
